Current core scope

The controlled foundation covers manual or provider-supported Dynamic Registration, instructor Deep Linking of RFM-approved immutable investigations, LTI 1.3 resource-link launch, allocation-bound learner access, audit evidence, a short-lived player handoff, and one final-assessment grade item updated by retakes.

What the labels mean

Controlled rollout means RFM has acceptance evidence for the named path but enables new institutions deliberately.

Acceptance pending means the provider-specific live evidence is incomplete, even when the shared implementation exists.

A future provider-directory listing would help an administrator discover and install RFM, but it would not authorize RFM for every institution. Each school still applies its own approval, availability, and deployment policy. RFM does not claim Canvas certification, D2L certification, or formal 1EdTech certification.
