Course and resource links
Every LMS resource link resolves to one explicit, immutable published Red Flag course version.
The mapping rule
RFM stores the resource-link identity under an institution deployment and binds it to a specific published course version.
- No mutable “latest version” lookup during launch.
- No draft course can be launched.
- Republishing creates a new version and requires an explicit mapping decision.
- A deployment cannot claim a resource link owned by another institution.
Entitlement and enrollment
A valid launch does not silently reactivate expired access. The approved LTI entitlement policy determines whether the learner may enter the mapped published version.
