The launch does not start

Confirm the LMS tool uses the correct environment’s login and redirect URLs. Staging and production values must not be mixed.

• Issuer or client ID does not match the registration.
• Redirect URI differs from the configured value.
• Browser or LMS blocks the required redirect.

The launch is rejected

Run verification and use the correlation value when contacting RFM. Do not email a launch token or full claim set.

• Platform public key cannot be resolved.
• Deployment is unknown, disabled, or attached to another institution.
• State or nonce is missing, expired, or already used.
• Message type, role, or resource link is unsupported.

The learner cannot enter

A technically valid launch can still fail access resolution. Confirm the resource link maps to a published version and the learner has an active entitlement and enrollment.
